Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVANI), a subsidiary of Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL), is inviting applications from eligible candidates for various positions. The available roles include Manager/Production, Production Engineer, Planning Engineer, Quality/Engineer/Mech, Quality Engineer/Electrical, Drawing Engineer/Mech, Drawing Engineer/Electrical, Purchase Engineer, Russian Translator Engineer, and Junior Assistant.

 

Position Details and Vacancies:

AVANI has announced a total of 21 vacancies across multiple positions. The detailed breakdown is as follows:

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates applying for AVANI Recruitment 2023 must adhere to the following criteria:

1. Manager/Production:

- UG degree in Engineering or its equivalent
- Held a position equivalent to Level 10 & above in 7th CPC at the time of Retirement

2. Production Engineer, Planning Engineer, Quality/Engineer/Mech, Quality Engineer/Electrical, Drawing Engineer/Mech, Drawing Engineer/Electrical, and Purchase Engineer:

- Diploma/UG in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- Held a position equivalent to Level 06-08 in 7th CPC

3. Russian Translator Engineer:

- Diploma/UG in the Russian language with Translation Knowledge from Russian to English
- Held a position equivalent to Level 06-08 in 7th CPC

4. Junior Assistant:

- Degree with a Typing Speed of 70 wpm
- Preferably possess knowledge in procurement and Estate management activities
- Held a position equivalent to Level 02-06 in 7th CPC


Application Deadline:

Candidates are advised to ensure that their duly filled-in application forms reach the General Manager/HR at Heavy Vehicles Factory, Avadi, Chennai – 600054, within 21 days from the date of advertisement.


Tenure and Age Limit:

The chosen candidates will work for the company for a year. The application age limit is 63 years old.


Remuneration:

The following monthly salary will be paid to the chosen candidates:

- Manager/Production: Rs. 60,000

- Production Engineer, Planning Engineer, Quality/Engineer/Mech, Quality Engineer/Electrical, Drawing Engineer/Mech, Drawing Engineer/Electrical, Purchase Engineer, and Russian Translator Engineer: Rs. 30,000

- Junior Assistant: Rs. 22,000
